CORONA MAN ARRESTED IN CHILD PORNOGRAPHY INVESTIGATION

RIVERSIDE – A Corona man was arrested last week when members of a task force served a search warrant as part of an online child exploitation investigation.

James Thomas Lane, DOB: 1-24-51, was arrested on Oct. 25, 2019, when the Riverside County Sexual Assault Felony Enforcement/Internet Crimes Against Children (SAFE/ICAC) task force served the warrant at his home. During the task force’s investigation that resulted in the warrant, Lane is alleged to have distributed child pornography media to undercover investigators on several occasions. Investigators believe that James had been acquiring and exchanging illicit images and videos depicting child sexual exploitation for several years.
