CONSUMER PROTECTION CASE SETTLEMENT WITH BEVMO! INC

RIVERSIDE – Today, Dec. 10, 2019, District Attorney Mike Hestrin announced today that BevMo!, Inc. has been ordered to pay costs and penalties in a civil law enforcement case alleging BevMo! posted prices in stores and advertisements and then charged higher prices at the time of checkout.

RIVERSIDE – District Attorney Mike Hestrin and Corona-Norco Unified School District Superintendent Michael Lin announced today, Nov. 7, 2019, that a former Corona-Norco Unified School District assistant superintendent of facilities along with the chief executive officer of a construction company have been charged by the District Attorney’s Office in a scheme in which they embezzled more than $1 million of public funds from the school district.
