DA’S OFFICE SUSPENDS NORMAL COURT OPERATIONS
March 17, 2020
AND REDUCES OFFICE HOURS DUE TO COVID-19 HEALTH CRISIS
RIVERSIDE – Due to the current COVID-19 coronavirus health crisis, the Riverside County District Attorney’s Office has suspended normal court operations other than those essential to the criminal justice system and has reduced the hours our office will be open to the public.
The DA’s Office will continue to meet its public safety obligation while also safeguarding the health and welfare of our employees, and of the victims of crime and community that we serve. We will continue to handle in-custody filings and other essential government functions.
Our offices countywide will be open to the public only during the hours of 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Our Division of Victim Services is available and on-call for any needs or emergencies victims may have, and our Bureau of Investigation will remain fully staffed and operational during this time.
We thank the public for your patience during these unprecedented times. Please follow all safety guidelines such as those detailed on the Riverside County Public Health System website here: https://www.rivcoph.org/coronavirus
This health crisis is constantly changing, and we will continue to provide updates via all our social media platforms.
