In 2023, we achieved a guilty verdict in the state's first fentanyl-related homicide jury trial, resulting in a 15-year-to-life sentence. This landmark trial not only set legal precedent but also reaffirmed our unwavering dedication to securing justice for victims of fentanyl poisoning.
