DA’S OFFICES NOW CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE FOLLOWING GOVERNOR’S ‘STAY AT HOME’ ORDER

Victims of crime needing emergency services and law enforcement agencies will still be assisted

RIVERSIDE – Today, March 20, 2020, District Attorney Mike Hestrin announced that all regional offices will be closed until further notice due to the order from Gov. Gavin Newsom for Californians to “stay at home”. 


The governor’s order is for all residents to stay home unless they are conducting critical or essential functions.  


Our offices will be open for law enforcement agencies, victims of crime in need of emergency services, and processing of necessary and imminent legal matters from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday-Friday. 


The DA’s Bureau of Investigation is in full operation at each office and will have an investigator available to assist anyone from a law enforcement agency or for victims of crime.
