VICTIM INFORMATION

A Victim's Voice Will Be Heard

Crime victims have many rights. Unfortunately, most victims are not aware of their rights nor do they know how to enforce them. To help crime victims navigate the criminal justice system and obtain information about their rights and learn how to enforce those rights, the Riverside County District Attorney's Office has a Division of Victim Services.
